Over a number of years Roger Owens has delighted Great Comp audiences with his recitals. His communication and engaging personality are much appreciated features of his performances. He enjoys a high reputation for his masterful technique and the expressive character of his playing, qualities which were praised by the conductor, Sir Roger Norrington: ‘I really admire Roger Owens’ piano playing. It is not only technically masterful, but also beautifully phrased and poetic.’
